We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service throughout our visit. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable sitting area and a terrace overlooking the stunning surroundings. The bathroom facilities were top-notch, and we enjoyed the convenience of having a balcony, even if the view was not the best. The highlight of our stay was the fantastic wellness area. It was incredibly spacious and offered a wide variety of saunas, steam rooms, and relaxation facilities. We especially loved the multiple pools with different water temperatures, catering to everyone's preferences. Whether you wanted a soothing dip or an invigorating swim, this place had it all.

The only downside we experienced was the limited opening hours of the wellness facilities. However, despite this minor inconvenience, we would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff were excellent. The room was large and airy. The bathroom facilities were perfect and we had a balcony even though it looked out onto a brick wall.

We chose this hotel because it said it had disabled facilites. You could not access this hotel other than by steps to the front door. We could not get to the outdoor swimming pool or gardens, too many steps, and the hotel is like a labyrinth. It has been extended extended and extended. There were no tea and coffee making facilities. No air con.

This is one of the worset resort i have seen, food was not good as well as location and hotel building

The hotel had great facilities including an excellent fitness centre and multiple swimming pools. The location by the mountains and access directly to the ski lifts of this city made it perfect for outdoor activities. Furthermore, the staff were really nice, helpful and friendly which made for a comfortable stay.

Celebrating Christmas at the hotel was a wonderful experience. the first thing that caught our attention was the beautiful festive decoration. the room we stayed in was very comfortable and clean, with a great view of the nature surroundings. the all-inclusive option was definitely a plus, with tasty food and a nice selection of drinks. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the saunas and hot tubs.

There were some downsides. the location was a bit isolated, with limited options for exploring the surroundings on foot.

Staying here on the weekend was a great decision! The wellness area is fantastic, and I loved trying out all the different saunas and relaxation facilities. The multiple pools with different temperatures were a plus, and the beautiful mountain views from the room were breathtaking. The variety of food available was impressive.

The same cannot be said for the lunch and dinner buffets. Some of the food tasted average, and there weren't many options available.

the fitness centre had a comprehensive range of equipment that was perfect for our daily exercise routine. the location of the hotel was also excellent as it was directly connected to the ski lifts of Hinterstoder. Our room was spacious and clean with an excellent view of the surrounding mountains. the staff was always helpful and made sure our needs were taken care of. Breakfast had a big variety of food that catered to everyone's taste.

One of the evenings didn't meet our expectations, and the information about the hotel's layout was unclear.
